WPF is a non-political foundation bringing together business leaders from across the world’s Christian communities with different walks of life. A strong sense of belonging, an attachment to moral values, with one common objective, in that, to preserve the Lebanese Christians united and deep-rooted in their homeland,

"Since its establishment, the World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation for Integral Development has striven to strengthen Christian presence in Lebanon through regional development and job-creation initiatives."

 WPF operates under the leadership and blessing of his Beatitude Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros el Rai. His support and encouragement are the main driving force behind the Bkerke Socio Economic Forum.

This Foundation aims to launch social, economic and educational programs to promote the active Christian presence in Lebanon and in the Middle East within the principles, mechanisms, and organizational structure as determined by the constitutions and by-laws. 

We hope the Foundation will achieve its objectives by the help of God, for His Glory and the good of the Church and Her children.
