Establishment of the “World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation for Integral Development”

With this decree, and pursuant to Canon No. 1047, Article 1, Clause 1, of the Code of Canon Laws of the Eastern Churches, we establish the “World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation for Integral Development” as a pious independent institution subject to the Ecclesiastic Laws related to the temporal funds of the Church and religious waqef.

This Foundation aims to launch social, economic and educational programs to promote the active Christian presence in Lebanon and in the Middle East within the principles, mechanisms, and organizational structure as determined by the constitutions and by-laws.

We hope the Foundation will achieve its objectives by the help of God, for His Glory and the good of the Church and Her children.
