In response to the alarming rise in unemployment among the Lebanese labor force, the World Patriarchal Foundation (WPF) created the Community Employment Program. The aim is to support job seekers, connecting them with employment opportunities in both the public and the private sectors.
The program taps into securing a sustainable employment for job seekers. We ensure that every person finds the right job matching their talent, capacities and experience.
To reach our goal, we partner with the private sector where we are in contact with more than 800 companies. We serve around fifty job positions a week and our database includes around 7,500 job seekers.
