A human capital development program, Maher aspires to make TVET accessible to everyone, developing skill-building activities intended to give beneficiaries essential capacities based on market demands and trends.
Run by the Dekwaneh Arts & Crafts Institute in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Maher provides opportunities for education, training and skill development in a variety of occupational sectors, giving young people access to possibilities for entrepreneurship, decent work and lifelong learning.
Through Maher Program, WPF aims to close the talent gap between young people with uncertain career prospects and companies that are experiencing a shortage of skilled and gifted workers.
